backup

As you grow, learn and forget, the old ideas disappear. Those ideas are what you were, are the remains of your past selves. When you backup your ideas to a physical form, you give yourself a longer, nearly eternal life.

There is another reason. Dump yourself into a notebook, a blog, a diary, as a way to force yourself to exist. Every second, everyday, you could be living and thinking, and you are not. Don't get too obsessed, but a braindump is a superb way of forcing yourself to think, to create, to exist and be conscious of that existence.

For your life, write down your thoughts!
